William Rojas

William Rojas is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TRG Investments LLC (“TRGI”). He is responsible for overall firm strategy, investor relations, investments, and financial reporting. William previously was a Vice President at Arc Capital Partners, a Los Angeles based real estate investment firm targeting value-add deals in Southern California and Texas, and previously worked on acquisitions and asset management at Rockwood Capital, a leading real estate private equity firm which has invested over $36 billion since 1995. William has executed on over $1.5 billion of transactions in joint venture and credit investments in core-plus and value-added real estate. Prior to Rockwood, William held positions at Watt Investment Partners, a Los Angeles based real estate developer, and Wells Fargo Bank in the Institutional Real Estate Banking Group. William graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Real Estate Finance. While at USC, William was a Defensive Back on the USC Football team. William is an active member of NMHC (National Multifamily Housing Council) and Urban Land Institute (“ULI”).

Bill Rojas

Bill Rojas is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TRGI. He is responsible for the overall firm strategy, development, and leads all construction projects. Bill is also the Founder and President of TRGI’s construction company affiliate: Landmark Builders, a Los Angeles based luxury homebuilder and general construction firm with over 35 years of experience. Bill is a CA licensed general contractor with over 300+ completed projects valued at over $150+ million. He has built and managed commercial, multifamily and high-end residential construction projects through various economic cycles providing TRGI with a unique in-house perspective on budgeting, scheduling, project management and value engineering.

Steven Rojas

Steven Rojas is a Partner of TRGI. He is responsible for overall investments, capital markets, property management and asset management. Steven previously worked on acquisitions and development at LaTerra Development, an institutional mixed-use and apartment developer. While at LaTerra, Steven reviewed new acquisition and development opportunities, assisting in the underwriting, due diligence and debt and equity capital closing processes for all transactions. Additionally, he assisted with reporting and asset management. Steven has assisted in the execution of over $1.0 billion of real estate transactions in joint venture investments, debt financing, and recapitalizations. Prior to joining LaTerra, Steven was the financial analyst at CBRE for Team Lustig-Bower, a top producing investment sales team concentrating on multifamily and multifamily development sites in Greater Los Angeles. Prior to CBRE, he worked at Pendulum Property Partners, focusing on acquisitions and asset management. Steven began his career in investment sales and debt placements at Eastdil Secured. Steven received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Steven is an active member of NMHC (National Multifamily Housing Council) and Urban Land Institute (“ULI”).
